RESPONSIBILITIES

Increase website conversion by analyzing and optimizing the purchase process.
Control of digital marketing actions and projection in impact on traffic and conversion.
Propose hypotheses and experiments together with the different areas of Ecommerce for the continuous optimization of online stores.
Collaborate with members of other teams and channels to optimize all conversion points.
Identify issues and monitor the performance of any online campaign. Must extract, analyze and interpret data.
Responsible for defining and developing Dashboards with information and metrics from different data sources.

REQUIREMENTS

Indispensable specialization in Digital Marketing and / or Ecommerce.

Knowledge of CRO intermediate level

Knowledge of A/B Testing

Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics

High level of proactivity.

Ability to analyze and control reactive situations.

High organizational and planning skills.

Teamwork approach and customer orientation.

Availability to work in hybrid mode.
