EXPERIENCE AND SENIORITY

Graduated in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related careers.

Minimum 6 months of work experience in the position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of social networks and digital communities.

Management of possible crises.

Organization of calendars for publications.

Copywriting.

Analysis of digital metrics (quantitative) and recognition of insights of user behavior and digital environment (qualitative).

Elaboration of reports on Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube.

Always be at the forefront of social media updates and the different trends that are emerging, to propose new actions for the brand.

Constant research of the brand's competitors.

REQUIREMENTS

High level of writing skills.
Social Media Management tools, such as Hootsuite, among others.
Monitoring tools such as Mention, Sprinklr or others.
Analysis tools such as social networks and Google Analytics.
Desirable: Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
High level of proactivity.
Ability to analyze and control reactive situations.
High organizational and planning skills.
Teamwork approach and customer orientation.
Availability to work in a hybrid way.
